Shipping and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Twin Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, some softening or melting may occur during warm weather. This does not affect product quality. If your product arrives softened, place it in a cool area or refrigerator until firm.
